Only superfluously... it helps fill the void until the real sport -- college basketball -- gets rolling. _________________ Agitators are a set of interfering, meddling people, who come down to some perfectly contented class of the commuinity and sow the seeds of discontent among them. That is the reason why agitators are so absolutely necessary. - Oscar Wilde |

I love college basketball as well. I'm a huge college football fan though. Not much on NFL though. |

What thinkest thou about the latest UNC move? It's a shame to see a class act heading out the door, but you can't blame the folks at Chapel Hill for wanting a better tally in the W side of things. |

I'm not a big ACC fan but I do know that Bunting loved UNC and I hate to see him lose his dream job. If I'm a coach taking over that job I might consider keeping Bunting on as an assistant so that current recruiting doesn't suffer. I don't know if that's a wise move but in one way it makes sense.
My university is in the Big East. |

I recently went to a University of Georgia game for a job. I was stunned. It was my first exposure to a BIG college football game where they take it seriously. Im used to the ACC basketball fever here, but NEVER have I seen the equivalent for football... Until now at least.
Coach Mark Richt is the man by the way. Unbelievably down to earth and just a super nice guy.
Quite a religious guy too from what I hear, you'd like him BHL.

UGA does have a huge national following out there and ,yes, an SEC football game is quite an awesome site to see. Richt is an excellent coach. Its nice to see he is a brother as well. |
