I love Greensboro. It's home. I grew up here, I went to school here, but sometimes I miss somethings from living in other places that Greensboro doesn't have.
Alot of people of notated their wish of a professional sports team, and other non-existent attractions. So here's my list of what I wish Greensboro had:
1) Amusement Park
2) More & Bigger Museums
3) An IMAX theater
4) More Airlines & Better rates at the Airport.
5) A City-wide Holiday with mandatory closures.
6) Some sort of iconic landmark (no Woolworth's doesn't count) Something like the London Eye, The Statue of Liberty, or the Hollywood Sign.
7) Not going to happen, but a Tommy's Burger.
8- Will happen: Jack in the Box
9) A Medieval Times. (We could replace the Bard Dinner theater with this one)
10) A Very do-able scenic byway.
Any suggestions? |

it's the Barn Dinner Theater.
Not the Bard.
I'd like to see some better fishing. _________________ Procrastinate now, don't wait until later. |

When I first read #5, I thought it said "City-wide holiday with mandatory costumes." And I thought, "Cool!" So I'd like to vote for #5, with the above changes.

We sort of had a medieval times type place for awhile. It was located on big tree way beside K&W it didnt last long however, it think because they didn't have the "show" that the real medieval times has just the eat with your hands deal. It seems that the location is jinxed. |
