Alright... What's with the cages, why are they locked in cages, and who are those people?

Am I the only one watching "Dancing With The Stars" around here? My wife got me started on that show and it's pretty good watching those professional dancers teaching celebreties all those fancy dances. Last night Viveca A. Fox and her partner Nick were the ones sent home. What a rip-off. But then the audience calls in their favorites so it's no big surprise. I knew Jerry Springer wasn't going to be kicked off. Not after learning the Waltz for his daughter's wedding in December. I figured it would be Sarah Evans going home. I'm glad Mario Lopez finally got his act together and started following the rules. Next week they'll have to do either the Samba or the Rumba.

I actually like the series LOST. I started watching it in its first season and really got in to it. Unfortunately they started moving it around to Sunday and Wednesday nights and it conflicted with church so I kind of got away from watching it. Isn't it ironic that a show called LOST comes on when most people are at church.

Just kidding. Smile

I can't get into to dancing with the stars. In fact, I rarely even turn the TV on anymore unless I'm watching cartoons with my little girl. Spongebob does indeed still rule.

Even if it wasn't planned that way, in my opinion of the show there is a correlation between religion and the plot.

Beth,

"The book in question? Stephen King's Carrie, in hardcover. I had to freeze-frame my tape, see its title was short and began with a "C," then look for covers online as it doesn't match my own original paperback of the book from 1973. But, that's what it was, for sure... a hardcover edition released in 1974 of Carrie. What's the significance of the book? Well, I don't know. I figure it must have some meaning or they wouldn't have shown a traceable book cover. Of course, Carrie was the outcast girl who wreaked havoc on her high school."
