Local paid ad inside of Time for Guilford County Schools. Includes a post-it note, and an interesting ad:
Quote:
The News about Guilford County Schools is quite good. Our Students are benefiting from one of the most lauded educational systems in North Carolina. Indeed, many of our schools have received national recognition for their excellence.
The question is why is Guilford County schools putting an ad for local distribution to most homes that already are enrolled in GCS?
Isn't it kind of expensive to take out an ad in Time to toot your own horn? Maybe that's the joke, with the guy blowing the horn. Oddly no websites or information is placed on the page to contact GCS. Wouldn't the money for the ad be better spent somewhere else, or am I missing something here? |

I saw that too.
Time does a "local advertising" type special I think. _________________ Procrastinate now, don't wait until later. |

Is your quote word-for-word? I'm wondering about the capitalization. |
