Ready for more fear-mongering?

Today, a judge has handed down a ruling that the NSA wiretapping program -- the one that has been going on since something like 9/12/2001 -- is unconstitutional. Of course, there will be an appeal from the government, because being required to get warrants for invading US citizens' privacy helps the terrorists.

Of course, Joe Lieberman getting tossed by his fellow Democrats helps the terrorists as well. Heck, I bet speaking my mind helps them out, too.

The linkage between anything that Bush and co. don't like and helping terrorists to do anything is non-existent. I just wonder whether there are any people out there who base their views of the issues on this imaginary bugbear?
