This is fun...

Look at the following pic: you may have to click to embiggin because this stupid resize code on the page might cause problems. (Liv, I'm looking in your general direction.)

If she spins clockwise you are right brained

Typically right brained people:
uses feeling
"big picture" oriented
imagination rules
symbols and images
present and future
philosophy & religion
can "get it" (i.e. meaning)
believes
appreciates
spatial perception
knows object function
fantasy based
presents possibilities
impetuous
risk taking

If she spins counter-clockwise you are left brained
Typically left brained people:
uses logic
detail oriented
facts rule
words and language
present and past
math and science
can comprehend
knowing
acknowledges
order/pattern perception
knows object name
reality based
forms strategies
practical
safe

For me she spun clockwise. If I try, I can get it to appear to spin counter-clockwise but it takes a bit.

When I first looked, it was spinning clockwise. Then I read that there might be an option, and saw counter-clockwise, and I can't get that out of my head.

Thanks a lot!

Location: 5th circle of hell -- actually not very crowded at the moment.
Next, I go back to revisit, and it's clockwise again. Now I'm going to be staring at this blasted thing for HOURS!

She spins clockwise for me as well. I tried but couldn't get her to spin the other way.
Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you "choose" to respond to it.

AW CRAP! Now she looks like she's bouncing back and forth facing away from me, and she no longer rotates! What evil digital hell have you built for me here?!?!

She's spinning antoclockwise. If I blink at the gif looping point I can make her spin the otherway. but it's usually AC.

I tried just using one eye which should force one side of the brain to be active but no change.

She must be spinning in micro-gravity, her breasts don't jiggle when she levitates.

I must be left brained, because using list above, I'm led to ask where is the position of the imaginary clock. Is it on the floor facing up and I look on from above? In other words, if she spins from right to left she is traveling clockwise. Correct?

That's right, deosil not widdershins as if she's bouncing on a giant clockface. Invoking is represented by Deosil movement and Banishing represented by Widdershins.

You're close to the mark as to my confusion. But it's astronomy instead of astrology which causes it. I long ago realized that we in the northern hemisphere are biased to think that north is up, when in actuality there is no up in space. There are just as many stars below our feet as above our head and the planets orbit the sun counterclockwise as seen from above the northern hemisphere and clockwise from above the southern hemisphere. My telescope also flips everything upside down which adds to my confusion.

And to me, most of the time she seems to be revolving clockwise as seen from above but the descriptions of right brain people don't match me at all. But it's cool to look at.

Initially, the twirly girl moves clockwise for me. Then I was able to "retrain my brain" and see her turn counter-clockwise. So now, I'm to the point where she switches from clockwise to counter-clockwise mid-twirl. :|

Anyway, I revived this thread to share another way to mess with yer head. It's old, but still a nice little diversion.
