So now they're banning "tag"

This has been in the news for a couple of days... a school has forbidden kids from playing tag -- because a few kids were drawn into some games involuntarily.

What is wrong with these people? Are they incapable of dealing with a few playground disputes, and in the process teaching the offending children a few timely lessons in manners? Give me a break!

I heard about this on the news the other day. Talk about a retarded policy.

It does kind of suck for the fat kids, and the asthmatics. People tag them, and they can't catch anyone else.

I was a slow, asthmatic kid growing up. I learned how to tag back REAL quick. When kids tried that "no tag-backs" BS, I told them what they could do with their idiotic game.

That's part of the process, you know.
