In just a few short more hours we can all say we made it through another week here on planet Earth. It's been a wet week around here, and a chilly one at that.... The good news is the sun will soon be shining down on us, and it all starts all over again. Like some life-long version of Ground Hog day. Remember, no matter what you do, tomorrow will come... so do something great.

Recipe of the Week: Cracker Barrel Hash-browns

2 lb diced frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 stick melted butter.
And a can of Cream of Chicken soup.
1/2 cup beef broth

Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients with potatoes; pour into a buttered 9x13 casserole. Save some cheese for top. Bake at 350 for approx. 45 min. to an hour.

I added 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder and salt and pepper.
