Worker health declining

Another entry for the "Well DUH!" file: Across the country, workers are feeling more stressed and depressed. Those who are still employed, that is... often forced to work longer, carrying the load that used to be shared with other employees who have departed. And it seems that leaving your worries behind when you head home for the day is more difficult than ever. Getting to sleep easily at night, staying asleep is increasingly a thing of the past.No wonder health insurance costs are going up -- more employees are heading for nervous breaks, heart attacks, or both.
