Ummm, does something seem fishy here? I love how the supportive neighbors are concerned that she might not be healthy enough to "do what she has to do for the baby". HELLO, she is 12 years old! I feel the concerns are a little misplaced? My family is special and unique and I realize that happy families are diverse I am just sensing that something in this story doesn't quite add up. Just out of curiosity the adoptive father wouldn't happen to be on a certain list somewhere would he?

You know, I think I installed a satellite at that trailer when I used to work for Dish.

Well, yet another fantastic national news story for North Carolina... land of the redneck, child raping, trailer living, Nascar fat frecks. But wait, I'm being redundant.

Seriously, what kind of reporting is that. To say she won't reveal the father's name but "there are no allegations that it's (the father) Matthew Hess"? Is this accusation by denial?

No, but you can check for yourself. http://sexoffender.ncdoj.gov/search.aspx

I hope these people are found safe. The news video states, with no evidence given, that the family is missing. The only evidence given is a missed doctor's appointment. Maybe they are all dead from a murder suicide perpetrated by a rapist step-father or just maybe they are at the beach and didn't care to tell their busybody neighbors about their vacation.

TN? Couldn't have chose a more inbred state to run to? Oh wait... maybe KY?
