Via Sue. Remember that scene in your favorite movie where the police raid someones house to a fast paced rock and roll theme? They bust in the door with their black vests, semi-automatic rifles where the unsuspecting criminal is sitting their eating dinner and watching TV? Next thing you know the guy is in hand cuffs with a 290lb officer with his knee in the guys back reading him his rights?

Oh wait, what rights.... that's the point. A 16 year old kid who sleeps with an American Flag on his wall, and based on his hair cut "loves Hanson" is in Juvee Jail for being a terrorist.

"They're saying that 'We feel this individual is a terrorist or an enemy combatant against the United States, and we're going to suspend all of those due process rights because this person is an enemy of the United States," said Dan Boyce, a defense attorney and former U.S. attorney not connected to the Lundeby case. via
