That's how the Tea Party has been acting. Holding the country hostage, sticking a knife into it as the rest of the government tries to make progress... and claiming that the rest of Congress is killing her while sticking the knife further into her.
This is a tactic of extreme weakness. Certainly not the sort of thing a reasonable person would do.
Looking at comment boards, I see a lot of activity from people who are barely literate, barely able to write coherent sentence that support the Tea Party in their last gasp efforts to destroy the government in order to save it. But I hope that this time next year, the reasonable conservatives (yes, I do believe in such people... I've seen them personally) remember this and act to put a stop to this insanity.
America needs this sort of BS in Washington the way I need 6 or 7 extra holes blown in my head.
