Got to admit it definitely sends a message. Not only is eating the heart of your enemy good for the environment but it's a great source of protein. I'd probably prefer it cooked though with all the diseases from uncooked meat going around.
Although this Syrian rebel does manage to puppeteer a bit of Hannibal Lecter, the bite he takes shows a quite of bit of squeamishness in my opinion. If he was really angry, I'd have expected him to rip into it, rather than nibble at it gently with a quick fade-to-black.
