Impressive stuff.
Now, I recall several years ago, watching a movie starring this guy named Albert Gore, in which he discussed the scientific view that the globe was warming up because of unprecedented human activity, and that these very things, mentioned above, would soon result.
In a separate book, known to many as "The Bible," a few members of the team of writers that contributed to its material ALSO predicted that these things would occur... thousands of years in the future, or within the lifetime of the people listening to one of the book's characters; the details were rather fuzzy on timing, you see. But the REASON such things would occur, you see, was as warning that the God described in the book was getting ready to destroy the Earth.
So -- guess which of these two possible explanations is given more credence by about ONE THIRD of the population of this country. Go on, I DARE you to guess before clicking on that link.
