Why I oppose voter ID plans

I agree with the idea that voting should be handled both efficiently and accurately. Seems like a no-brainer. But the biggest problem I see with the election system in this country is that they are controlled by a partisan system. Party hacks have a basic conflict of interest, and have no motivation to provide even-handed, unbiased functioning of the voting system.
