We were talking about that nut job down in Fayetteville who sold her daughter for rape, and subsequently died. How is it organizations like the Catholic church proactively continue to fight against condoms, when people who shouldn't be having kids still are.

Then there's this group of women. One a 13 year old proclaiming she won't stop till she has twins, and another age 39 who has had 14 children, and still trying to have kids. Seriously. Why are people enslaving themselves to children when this is the only life they get? Where did society go wrong in explaining... Have a family, a couple or a trio then shut it off, have a good life... and have money left over to eat..... Sure we'd love to have more kids, but financially? Until I win the lotto, it's really nothing more than stupidity to adopt another. Why do people not check their life's budget before sticking wee-wees in their hoo-hoos?

It sounds like collecting Pokemon.

Based on the little bit that I've read about the Shaniya Davis story, it seems the mother did not view her daughter as a little girl but as an object. From what I understand the girl had been in the father's custody and the mother was trying to get her own life on track and wanted time with the little girl as well. The timing comes across as her seeing the opportunity to prostitute the little girl.

Anyway, this whole thing about wanting children, wanting twins, etc... again it seems more like wanting objects rather than saying "I want to be a parent" or "I want to be the parent of twins".

I've also known women who want to be pregnant for the attention, but don't actually want the parenting responsibilities after giving birth.

Help fight the unplanned pregnancy population. Have your neighbor spayed or neutered.

LOL!

I know it was tongue-in-cheek, but there are some people who really can't be the sort of parent that every child ought to have. And unfortunately, there just aren't enough psychologists in the world to get folks who decide to reproduce to get their head straight in time.
