Schwarzenegger’s Coincidence?

Following is the text of the letter Arnold sent to the State Assembly, notifying them he would veto legislation providing relief for the port authority.
.
To the Members of the California State Assembly:
I am returning Assembly Bill 1176 without my signature.

For some time now I have lamented the fact that major issues are overlooked while many
unnecessary bills come to me for consideration. Water reform, prison reform, and health
care are major issues my Administration has brought to the table, but the Legislature just
kicks the can down the alley.

Yet another legislative year has come and gone without the major reforms Californians
overwhelmingly deserve. In light of this, and after careful consideration, I believe it is
unnecessary to sign this measure at this time.

Sincerely,
Arnold Schwarzenegger

The language seems a little un-Arnold like, but there is a hidden message that is much more Terminator.

Look at the first letter of each line, which shines a light on the use of 'kicks the can down the alley'

Schwarzenegger spokesman Aaron McLear said that “like every veto message, it says why the governor vetoed the bill.”

“As far as what it says on the left-hand margin, that’s just a strange coincidence,” McLear said. “When you do so many vetoes, that’s bound to happen.”

Coincidence? What do you think?

I question whether it was Arnie who actually wrote it....

It's my understanding most stuff is commissioned to professional writers and then proof-read by politicians before simply signing?

Since I could totally see myself doing it... seems less like a coincidence and more like a artist's goose egg they never figured would be found.
This is our chance to change things, this is our destiny.

That's sweet! I seriously doubt it's a mere coincidence. It works so well with the rest of the message. Kudos to whoever wrote it.

Location: 5th circle of hell -- actually not very crowded at the moment.
