Eat Your Curry to Cure Cancer

This would be amazing! I knew that Indian food was great. I wonder if there are in fact lower cases of certain cancers in cultures commonly using tumeric in daily consumption? I would be interested to find this spice in a caplet form for those like Liv not a fan of curry. Talk about preventative care. Think of all this could change if they really could harvest a cure. I'm sure here in the States the insurance companies would quickly hop on board and charge 2 million dollars for the "new miracle cancer treatment" (spice packet).
