So I realize I'm a redneck. The only thing that separates my life from the mobile home park is wheels under the foundation of my house. My drive way is un-paved and we have matching "hers & hers" Fords parked in it. Yes, one of them is up on blocks at the current moment. I know what "all the way" means, and where to buy a cow. I have a dog which is named after a city in Georgia, and my biggest concern with moving away from NC is the lack of Bojangles. Like the ending of "I am Legend" the last line to my life story is "I am Redneck".

Today this redneck aspired for something more. See the fridge is empty. When I say empty, I mean there's a mustard jar, some jalapeno peppers, and a jar of baking yeast. To further complicate measures the bank account remains at $1.24, which if you've not had the opportunity lately to shop at Food Lion on $1.24, it gets you very little.

Luckily Shan in her infinite millions of dollars she has stashed away in her bra purchased some Swiss cheese slices last night. Good for us, right? So I'm sitting here, thinking, what can I make with a jar of a jalapenos, some cheese and a can of yeast? Jalapeno Grilled Cheese!

Honestly, I didn't know if it would come out, but it came out fantastically!

Sure it's a bit "French" for a redneck such as moi, but just like the euro style license plate I affixed to the Taurus which says "Hoochy, Je t'aime", it's a sign that I'm aspiring for greatness.
