Here's a major problem we suffer here at dinner time. You eat your dinner, and you want your desert, but your too full. (actually that never happens) Now you can have your cake and eat it too, with this easy pictorial recipe on how to make beef cake:

Yes, that's right multiple layer, ketchup filled, and mash-potato icing.
Mmmm. Mmmmm..

Beef Cake Recipe: Meat Cake Ingredients:

6LB Ground Beef
3 large AA eggs
2 TB minced garlic
1 TB minced dried onion
1 TB basil
2c bread crumbs
2 TB kosher salt

Bake:
Time: 45 Min
Temp: 400F

Cake Filling Recipe:

1 tsp of worshire sauce
1/4 c of brown sugar
1 c of ketchup

Mmm... Mash Potato Frosting.... Yumm...

Didn't turn out as perfect as yours, but I added some asparagus for the candles, and used layers of ground chicken, ground beef, and ground turkey. It came out delicious. Thanks for the inspiration!!

this is exactly what i was looking for. you guys are great. i'm putting together a cookbook/scrapbook for my brother and wanted a South Park "Beef Cake" reference in there with a recipe and all i could find was boring crap. this is fab. can't wait to make it. thanks so much
